The Sunday - Royal Dockyard Division 3 is an amateur football league based in Portsmouth, Hampshire, England. It is one of three divisions in the Royal Dockyard Football League, which is affiliated to the Hampshire FA.

The league was founded in 2009 and currently has 12 teams. The teams play each other once in a home and away format, with the top two teams at the end of the season being promoted to Division 2. The bottom two teams are relegated to Division 4.

The current champions are FC Toronto, who won the title in the 2022-23 season.
