Introduction

The Strathclyde Evangelical Amateur League (SEAL) is a football league in Scotland for amateur teams affiliated to evangelical churches. The league was founded in 1964 and currently has over 60 teams competing in four divisions.

The SEAL season runs from August to May, with each team playing each other twice. The top two teams in each division are promoted to the next division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the lower division.

The SEAL is a friendly and competitive league that provides a great opportunity for players of all abilities to enjoy the game of football. The league also has a strong commitment to Christian values, and all teams are expected to uphold these values in their behavior on and off the pitch.
