Introduction

The Star League is an amateur football league in Qatar. It is the fourth tier of football in Qatar, below the Qatar Stars League, the Qatari Second Division, and the Qatar Community Football League.

The Star League was founded in 2013 by the Qatar Football Association (QFA). It currently consists of 14 teams, all of which are established through the country's government, political and social sectors.

The season usually runs from September to April. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to the Qatari Second Division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the Qatar Community Football League.
