Pitch Invasion 5-a-side is an amateur football league that operates across the United Kingdom. It offers a variety of leagues for players of all abilities, from beginners to experienced players.

The league was founded in 2010 by two friends who wanted to provide a fun and competitive environment for people to play football. Pitch Invasion 5-a-side has since grown to become one of the largest amateur football leagues in the UK, with over 10,000 players registered.

How it works

Pitch Invasion 5-a-side leagues are open to teams of 5 players. Teams can be made up of friends, colleagues, or family members. There are leagues for both men and women, and for players of all abilities.

The season runs from September to May, with each team playing 10-12 matches. Matches are played on 3G pitches, and there are both indoor and outdoor leagues available.

At the end of the season, the top teams in each league qualify for the playoffs. The playoffs culminate in a grand final, which is held at a prestigious venue such as Wembley Stadium.

What you need to know

• To register for a league, you must be over the age of 16.
• There is a registration fee of £50 per team.
• You will need to provide your team name, contact details, and the names and ages of your players.
• You will also need to choose a league to play in.
