Paignton Academy Monday 7-a-side League

The Paignton Academy Monday 7-a-side League is an amateur football league based in Paignton, Devon. It is run by the Football Association (FA) and is open to teams of all abilities.

History

The league was founded in 2010 and currently has three divisions. The top division is called the Premier Division, followed by Division 1 and Division 2.

Venue

The league is played at the Paignton Community & Sports Academy (Waterleat Road). The academy has two full-size football pitches, which are also used by the local schools and colleges.

Season

The league season runs from September to April. Each team plays each other team in their division once, home and away. The top two teams in each division at the end of the season are promoted to the next division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the next division.
