About the Langbaurgh League

The Langbaurgh League is an amateur football league based in Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland, England. It is affiliated to the North Riding County FA.

The league was founded in 1975 and currently has 25 teams. The teams are divided into two divisions, the Premier Division and Division One.

The league season runs from September to May, with each team playing each other twice. The top two teams in the Premier Division are promoted to the Teesside League, while the bottom two teams are relegated to Division One.

The league also has a cup competition, the Terry Smith Trophy. The trophy is named after Terry Smith, a former player and chairman of the league.
