Friendly Only is an amateur football league in the United Kingdom. It was founded in 1995 and is based in London. The league is open to all teams, regardless of ability or experience. Matches are played on a Sunday afternoon and are 90 minutes long.

Rules

• The league is non-competitive. There are no promotion or relegation.
• There are no substitutes.
• The offside rule is not enforced.
• There is no limit on the number of touches a player can take.
