Essex Women's Walking Football League

The Essex Women's Walking Football League is an amateur football league for women in Essex, England. It was launched in March 2023 and currently has six teams:

• Great Wakering Women's WFC
• Clacton Rhinos Walking Football Club
• Billericay Town Walking Ladies
• Paringdon Pirates Walking Football
• Leyton Orient Walking FC Walking Women

The league plays its matches on 3G pitches once a month between now and the end of July. The matches are 60 minutes long and players must not run.

The league is affiliated to the Walking Football Association (WFA), which is the governing body for walking football in England. The WFA also has an England Walking Football squad, which is open to players who play for WFA affiliated clubs.
