The Essex Soccability League is an amateur football league for people with disabilities. It is run by the Essex County Football Association (ECFA) and is open to people of all ages and abilities.
The league is divided into three age groups: under 12s, under 16s, and adults. There are also five different divisions, based on ability: Premiership, Championship, League One, League Two, and Fun.
The league's season runs from September to May, with matches played on Saturdays and Sundays. The season culminates in a cup final, which is usually held in May.
