Cumberland FA Walking Football

The Cumberland FA Walking Football league is a competitive league for players over the age of 50. The league was founded in 2019 and currently has 7 teams playing in a single division.

The league is played on a 5-a-side basis, with no running, jogging or heading allowed. Players are also not allowed to make tackles that are likely to cause injury.

The league is played on a weekly basis, with matches taking place on Sundays. The season runs from March to October.
