Central Lancashire Junior Football League

The Central Lancashire Junior Football League (CLJFL) is an amateur football league for boys and girls under the age of 18 in Central Lancashire, England. It was founded in 1974 and currently has over 200 member clubs.

Divisions

The CLJFL is divided into 10 divisions, each of which is further divided into two or three sections. The divisions are:

  • Division One
  • Division Two
  • Division Three
  • Division Four
  • Division Five
  • Division Six
  • Division Seven
  • Division Eight
  • Division Nine
  • Division 10

The top two teams from each division at the end of the season are promoted to the next division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the next lower division.

Cup competitions

The CLJFL also runs a number of cup competitions, including:

  • The Lancashire Junior Cup
  • The Lancashire Junior Challenge Cup
  • The Central Lancashire Junior Cup
  • The Central Lancashire Junior Challenge Cup
  • The Central Lancashire Junior League Cup

The Lancashire Junior Cup is the most prestigious cup competition in the league, and is open to all member clubs. The Central Lancashire Junior Cup is open to clubs in Central Lancashire.
