The Bucks Free Press Junior Football League is an amateur football league for players aged under 18 in Buckinghamshire, England.

The league was founded in 1966 and is affiliated to the Berks & Bucks Football Association. It currently has over 200 teams playing in 31 divisions across seven age groups.

About the league

The league runs 11-a-side Sunday leagues and Cup competitions for players aged Under 13 to Under 18 years old.
It also runs competitive nine-a-side for Under 12.
The league's member clubs are in a fifteen mile radius of Prestwood in Buckinghamshire with some member clubs just over the border in adjacent counties.
The league is proud to be sponsored by Enterprise Trophies & Engraving.

History

The Bucks Free Press Junior Football League was founded in 1966 by a group of local football enthusiasts. The league was originally called the Wycombe and South Bucks Minor Football League, but it was renamed the Bucks Free Press Junior Football League in 1972.

The league has grown steadily over the years and now has over 200 teams playing in it. The league has also been successful in developing young footballers, with many former players going on to play professional football.
