Birmingham County Over 45's League

The Birmingham County Over 45's League is an amateur football league for players aged 45 and over. It is affiliated to the Football Association (FA) and is one of the largest over-45s leagues in the country.

History

The league was founded in 1998 and has grown steadily over the years. It currently has over 60 teams playing in four divisions.

Format

The league season runs from September to May. Each team plays each other team in their division once, with the top two teams in each division promoted and the bottom two teams relegated.

Cup competitions

The league also runs a number of cup competitions, including the Premier Division Cup, the Challenge Cup and the Floodlit Cup.
