Introduction

The Arthurian League is an English association football league for clubs comprising old boys of public schools. It is affiliated to the Amateur Football Alliance and is not part of the English football league system.

The league was founded in 1904 and is named after Arthur Dunn, an Old Etonian and England international footballer.

The league currently has 5 divisions, with teams from all over London and the Home Counties.

Cup competitions

The Arthurian League runs a number of cup competitions, including:

The Arthur Dunn Cup: The league's premier cup competition, contested by the first teams of all member clubs.
The Junior League Cup: A cup competition for teams in Divisions 2, 3, 4 and 5.
The David Woolcott Trophy: A cup competition for teams in Divisions 4 and 5.
The Derrick Moore Veterans Cup: A cup competition for all veterans teams.
The Derrick Moore Veterans Plate: A plate competition for teams losing their first game in the Derrick Moore Veterans Cup.

The Arthurian League representative team

The Arthurian League also has a representative team, which is made up of players from all member clubs. The team competes in a number of friendly matches against other amateur teams.
