The Abacus Lighting Central Midlands Football League is an English football league covering the northeast-central part of England. It is currently in the 11th tier of the English football league system.

The league was founded in 1987 as the Central Midlands League. It was renamed the Abacus Lighting Central Midlands Football League in 2023 after Abacus Lighting became the league's main sponsor.

The League Structure

The league consists of two divisions: the Premier North Division and the Premier South Division. Each division has 18 teams.

The top two teams from each division are promoted to the Northern Counties East League Division One, while the bottom two teams from each division are relegated to the Drayton PACS Division 2.

The Current Season

The 2023-24 season is the 36th season of the Abacus Lighting Central Midlands Football League. The current champions are Retford United (Premier North) and Clay Cross Town (Premier South).

The league's top scorer is Jack O'Brien of Retford United, who has scored 25 goals so far this season.
