<p>The opposition started the game well and were much more the dominant team, but WFC took the lead with a goal on the break, Jim did well to win the ball and play it through to Ed who slotted it in the bottom right corner. The lead didn't last long with the opposition responding within a couple of minutes before WFC re-took the lead when Alf made a rare run forward to finish calmly after he was well found by Harry. After this mistake after mistake was made in defence, midfield and attack resulting in 4 goals conceded in a matter of minutes to make it 5-2 at HT. The 2nd half was much of the same story conceding 3 goals without much of an attacking threat, there were a few breaks for WFC but poor passing ruined them. The defending was terrible constantly 2-3 players would get attracted to the ball leaving 2 players open at the back post for a tap in. There was no movement throughout the whole side for one goal there was a 3 WFC players surrounding the ball and one of their players just nipped in for a tap in while no WFC even moved. People need to move to create passing options because too many times players expect the ball when hiding behind their man. Players need to stick to the position they are told because if everyone runs forward (which happens all the time) Alfie is exposed with 2-3 players on 1. Also if you are told to play in a position you need to be able to think what your responsibilites and limitations are within that role, you can't be have to told to do everything. Worse performance in the last 2-3 months.
