Woolston Rovers Thundercats Fall To Bold Rangers 4-1

In a spirited league encounter at Kings Leadership Academy on 3rd November 2024, Woolston Rovers Thundercats faced off against Bold Rangers Junior U11 Diamonds. The match, which kicked off at 11:15 am, ended in a disappointing 4-1 defeat for the Thundercats, despite a promising start.

Woolston Rovers adopted a 3-4-1 formation, with Tilly Rex in goal, flanked by a defensive trio of Martha Darnton in central defence, supported by Jess Evans on the right and Nellie Proctor on the left. The midfield was anchored by Lexie Davies and Ruby Lawton in central roles, while Robyn Wilkinson and Heidi Whaley provided width on the right and left flanks, respectively. Izzy Acklam-Davies led the line as the lone striker, tasked with converting chances into goals.
