Snipers Hit A Perfect Ten

Snipers got them self’s the first win of the season today in style, running out TEN -0 winners. Snipers opened the scoring after just 5 min when Wezza jumped on a mid kick from the gk, and striking the ball in some style, a contender already for goal of the season. Wezza was on form early, after 9 min setting up Brandon who finished very well to double the lead. Snipers was in full flow, 3-0 after 11 min with Louie’s cross deflected into the net. What a start. Chasetown recovered, battling well & showing some fight, but Snipers was relentless, 4-0, Brandon slotted home left footed. Zak, happy to set one up, wanted a goal for himself, and got one with a solo effort. H/T 5-0.

2nd half was much the same as the first, Snipers playing some good stuff, Wezza setting up Louie for 6-0. 7-0 seconds later as the boys forced an o.g. Jay came alive, lung bursting runs earned him 2 goals today, Chasetown’s boys just couldn’t catch him. Brandon will be pleased, earning himself a hat trick with a few min to go. Leo did vey well back in midfield, intersections was key today.Lewis had a very good game, positioning & distribution was good. Eric had a quiet game but did well when called upon. Ryan has some good moments today, good runs & covering. Will, carrying on his good form from last week, was fantastic all game. Good result boys
