Another difficult game against one of the top 5 clubs in the league.
It was an outstanding performance from Wadhurst to keep a clean sheet by half time with excellent work from all players. The strategy and shape of the team worked very well in the first half with some superb runs along the left wing by Oli Duncan creating chances for us.
This was well backed up by Ben Bates pushing back the opponents and making some great tackles. The centre backs Ollie Vanns and Ben O worked hard keeping them at bay and stretching play into midfield.
Great work from Cameron as wing back keeping pressure on the attackers and moving the ball up the wing.
Top marks also to the 3 midfielders (Noah, Max and Jake) as it was super tough in there today and has been for the last few games....great work.
Man of the Match this week goes to Brad....stunning work picking up the ball, great pressure, tackles and persistent tracking...excellent.
Well done to everyone else not mentioned as everyone gave a top performance against a really difficult team (We lost to them last season) a team that will likely finish in the top 3!
We played so well without a striker and no positional substitutes!
