Great game today girls, hard fought and unlucky to lose like we did. Story of 2 halves, fantastic first half to hold them at 0-0 but lost it in the second half against a very good player.
First mention goes to our stand in goalkeeper Olivia, some tremendous saves and put her body on the line to protect her goal. Best belle goes to Olivia today to fill peppas shoes and what a great job she did.
Reliable and dependable defending from Alisha and Emily, rock solid in the first half stood up strong and defended so well!
Lilly, Evelyn and Beth once again ran their socks off in midfield, end to end football and battled to hard even against a very good opposition midfield second half.
Our strikers today kaci, Kara and summer defended from the front! Some great efforts and Kaci even managing to get into a shooting opportunity that just skimmed the post!! Kara with a brilliant goal to add to her season tally, and summer hitting the post with loads of praise coming from their manager about her football.
Unlucky result today girls, take the positives and a very well battled draw from the first half, we will forget the second half ??????
