THRYBERGH IS RED AS CLUB RULE THE DERBY

<p>The 1st league derby game between thrybergh and rebo was upon us and with still a host of players missing the squad was on the thin side. However with al always willing to step in and our karl to make the numbers up we now had a 16 man squad. A few tough decisons for the starting 11 but the decison was made sticking with our usual 352 formation jamie was in goal a completely new bk 3 to last week saw aaron dosh n jack come in, rougvie n wayne played attacking wing bks with dukey reynolds n jonty the midfield 3, Parkey and coulthard lead the line. Leaving a good bench of brunyee ian callum karl n al.

<p>we set off really nervy and it showed in our passing very sloppy, luckily rebo started same and opening 15mins was very scrappy. We was having decent position on the wings but decision making and limited options turned what could av been positive situations into poor 1s. However we kept plugging away and eventually from a lovely delivered corner from wayne caused confusion in the rebo defence and parkey was on hand to score with his effort just crossing the line to notch is 74th goal in his 110th appearance. Still we wasnt anyway near our best and our tempo was still very slow and rebo equalised from a corner kick right on the stroke of half time.

<p>The message at halftime was simple look after the ball better and up our the tempo, and thats exactly what we did passed ball better and played at high tempo and this caused the 1st mistake for rebo at bk when there lad heads home into his on net putting us bk infront. A great move and threw ball from reynolds to coulthard who made no mistake cooly slotting home. Rebo had 5 min spell and made housley make is only real save of the game long strike coming through a host of bodies. 1st change came off came dukey who had protected the bk 3 well to be replaced by brunyee with rebo shoving 3 uptop we changed formation to 4411 with brunyee slotting in at centre half and parkey just playing infront of midfield. We created quite a few chances to extend our lead but was a bit wastefull. But when u keep creating eventually another goal was going to come and it was coulthard who smashed home. Ian replaced parkey for last 15 mins slotting in at bk with brunyee moving into cm. A late tackle from rebo lad saw a free kick awarded to us which he wasnt happy about and told ref strongly the ref yellow carded him hi reaction was to threaten ref who then showed him a red so rebo finished game with 10 men. Callum replaced wayne for the final 10 mins and it was his assist that set up our 5th and final goal that ian smashed in well from close range.
