<p>going into this home game v manor we had 16 players to choose from lining up nick in goal a bk 4 of phil dosh ian n jack holding 2 with a welcome return to the squad for hammon alongside jonty the midfield attacking 3 was conlon brunyee wayne with parkey leading the line. A real strong bench of jonni matty jake callum and return from suspension squires.
<p>Both teams set off at full pelt and both had good chances to take the league we rode our luck at times but so did manor. Finally we took the lead with a goal mouth scramble that ian got onto and struck it well to give us a 1-0 lead. We had a few decent chances to double our lead but failed and with 3/4 mins to half time we concede a sloppy goal giving there lad a easy tap-in.
<p>2nd half was 50-50 we battled really well the pen was very harsh but we had numerous chances to get an equalizer but it wasnt to be. Was a harsh sending off for dosh which ruined ou chances of getting owt out of the game in last 5/6 minutes.
<p>overall thought you all put a good shift in and had luck been on ourside we could av been the winning side.
<p>still 5 league games to go and 3 cups to play in the season still alive lets keep going utc.
