No Effort No Passion No Pride

<p>Our penultimate home game saw us up against old foe Kp pewter pot. With the injury list as big as ever matters got worse when we also have a no show not for the first time this season. An early fitness test for parkey saw him only fit enough for a place on the bench due to a knee injury. So with 14 players available we called upon dosh to get changed and also my assistant to make the 16 man squad up.

<p>Housley was in goal and with our 18th different bk 4 of the season squires returned at rb with ian and hammon continuing at centre half with jack returning to left bk. matty n jake hit the wings with jonty sean n brunyee making up the midfield conlon lead the line. A injured bench of parkey dosh n jonny with callum n alan the only 1s 100% fit made up the 5 man bench.

<p>We set off really well and had a good 15 minutes but didnt realy create any good chances to score and from no were and us losing ball in final third 1 long ball 1-0 we dint seem to recover from this and continued making same mistake giving possession away too easy and exactly same outcome 2-0. this took us into halftime and there was some heated shouting wrightly r wrongly least it brought some passion out.

<p>2nd half again we set off well and was well on top for first ten mins playing sum good football. A double change came off came matty n conlon to be replaced by parkey n jonni. It wasnt long b4 parkey made a impact jumping on a lose ball that keeper didnt hold onto to make it 2-1. We pressed to find equaliser but not for 1st time long ball and a silly tackle dejavu of last weeks penalty conceded. They scored it well and that knocked stuffing out of us it soon became 4-1. Jake hit a 25 yarder to make it 4-2 b4 they scored again with a well taken strike. We was awarded a pen when jonni was brought down which squires put away well to make it 5-3. In stoppage time we switched off from a free kick and pot made it 6 to compound the misery.

<p>Overall today we showed a lack of heart and desire and sum people just giving up its unacceptable theres still a minimum of 6 games left this season and its time for people to grow sum bollox and step up and be counted........
