<p>Going into this opening game of the new premier league season the squad was down to the bones due to suspensions injuries and holidays. Having to revert back to 4231 from 352 we have been playing we lined up jamie in goal a bk 4 of ian phil jack and stepping in at centre half was parkey reynolds and brunyee was holding with rougvie jonni and myself the attacking midfield 3 coulthard had the task of leading the line alone. Ollie callum and jonty was on the bench with karl been drafted in and al getting changed making up the 5 subs.
<p>We set off really well and i should have done better from a chance 6 yards out which would have given us a great start, FIRST 10 mins joker hadnt really caused us many problems we was happy for them to have it in there defence with coulthard just pressing and us keeping a good shape. jonty replaced me after 15 mins and his first contribution was to give away a silly penalty which there lad slotted home well. Another pen given away looked harsh were we was stood but people closer says it was again there lad finishes well. What was pleasing after going 2-0 heads didnt go and every 1 was still giving there all going in at ht 2-0 down was dissapointing and could have been avoided.
<p>2nd half i thought we edged it spent more time in there half pushing for a goal bk and barring sum great goalkeeping by there keeper from efforts by coulthard n rougvie could have been different. Ollie replaced reynolds on the hour with rougvie coming more central. Joker was dangerous on counter but didnt really create anything from it were housley had to make a save. 3rd change came around the 70th minute mark off came jonni who had put in a great shift down the left to be replaced by callum. Joker scored a 3rd and killed game with 8 mins to go via a defelection that gave our keeper no chance was harsh as fuck on defence who had defended so well all game.
<p>Overall attitude commitment and desire was spot on today if we continue like this through season we will win more than we lose.
