<p>from having a 18 man squad friday to dropping down to 15 was a little dissapointing for our tough away trip to face league leaders fitz arms. Still it was a very strong 15 and we lined in a changed formation from our usual 352 to 4231. Jamie in goal with a back 4 of phil ryan dosh n wayne, Jonty n brunyee was the holding the 2. rougvie joni n salty was the attacking midfield 3 with parkey leading the line. Left a good bench of jake jack conlon n ian.

<p>Opening 15 was quite even with both defences on top with both teams working hard to get ball bk when not in possession. We had a few corners but didnt really make them count which was a shame cos set pieces was a good chance to make the breakthrough. Fitz took the lead from a great strike from there lad from about 18 yard out complaints of a foul in build up but there still was enough time to close the lad down which was dissapointing. 5 mins later fitz double there lead a little lucky how it dropped t there lad but again he finished it well. Our heads dint drop nor did we get on at each other every1 was working hard collectively and it was pleasing to see unfortunately we couldnt real create any clear chance and went in at the break 2 down.

<p>Conlon replaced rougvie at ht who had to come off injured with a twisted knee. We set off the half very well and on front foot and thats how it stayed for alot of 2nd half with fitz going very direct to hit us on break but our defence stood strong. jack replaced wayne after the hour at left bk and was involved with sum good play down the left that resulted in us getting another corner again fitz cleared well out of the area the dissapointing thing is we never had a man on edge to pick it up. This time down the right salty deliveries a great ball in centre were parkey pulled away from his man and was unlucky to head just over. Jake replaced brunyee after 75 mins to give us extra legs in centre. ian replaced jonni and we went 442 with salty joining parkey uptop. We made 1 more clear chance when parkies cross shot arrived to conlon running in at bk post to see is effort bounce bk of the post.

<p>overall it was a great spirited effort from every one and much needed too, Every 1 stuck together and every 1 worked hard just how it should be and i think it shows argueing on pitch dunt work as shownin previous games, Stick together work hard like today and it still can be a great 1st season in prem. utc
