So Hall entertained a Cock and Bottle side who have been on a high must of the season only losing to Panda res last month by a narrow margin.
Due to let's downs once again changes had to be made in personal and formation. Not the best preparation before such a big game.
Cock and Bottle took an early lead from an error by make shift left back Luke Hand conceding a penalty. 0-1
Hall came back and from some great play on the wings and a fantastic pressing game early on, Hall forced the mistake leading to all time Hall goalscorer Gibson for an easy tap in. 1-1 game on!
As the the half went on both sides became evenly matched, Cock and Bottles next goal came from a mistake from Halls own Carl, leading to an easy tap in for the visitors. 1-2
Half time came and the tinker-man made a change in personal and formation, Hall needed to start brightly.
A quick 2 goals came with in 10 minutes of the restart which left Hall deflated in the game after a solid first half. 1-4
Hall tried to get a hold of game, resorting to the long ball game to sole striker Gibson but came to no prevail.
The last 15 of the game saw Hall concede another 3. Cock and Bottle using the space and freedom out wide to their advantage. 1-7
Tough game to take for Hall but they know they will improve. In the bigger picture the quality that Cock and Bottle had just shows they will be looking for the Division 1 title.
Next week, Panda Res at home, a game that Hall know they can win.
