Stradbroke YFC U14's hosted Moreton Hall Youth F.C. U14 Athletic at Stradbroke High School #2 on 21 September 2025, with kick-off at 10:30am in a league home fixture. The match concluded with a heavy 17-1 defeat for Stradbroke, as Moreton Hall dominated throughout the 70-minute contest under the watchful eye of referee Paul Harvey.

Stradbroke lined up in a 4-1-4-1 formation, deploying Jude Wharton in goal. The defensive line consisted of Edward Last at right back, Jai Williams and Lewis Harvey as central defenders, and Vinnie Williams on the left. Tom Cooke occupied the lone holding midfield role, shielding the back four. Ahead of him, the midfield quartet featured Jimmy Bealing on the right wing, Ali White and Will Russell centrally as attacking midfielders, and Sid Bryant on the left wing. The visitors quickly added another goal in the 57th minute.

Shortly after, at 58 minutes, Sid Bryant was forced off due to injury, with Ali White returning to the pitch to cover the left attacking midfield position. Moreton Hall extended their lead again in the 62nd minute, but Stradbroke finally found the net at 64 minutes through Tom Cooke, whose goal was a rare bright spot in an otherwise difficult afternoon.

Stradbroke made a further substitution at 67 minutes, reintroducing Sid Bryant for Edward Last at right back. The visitors responded with 1 more goal leaving Stradbroke to lick their wounds with a 17-1 loss.
