<p>Luke Deards was the star of the show this morning in Cambridgeshire, hitting 4 goals as the SSAFC bounce back from the dissapointment of the loss to Cambridge with a good win.
<p>
<p>It took the SSAFC 51 second's to take the lead when a lovely ball over the top from Teale found Wedge who evaded one challenge and volleyed into the net to give the SSAFC a great start! Posh looked to get back into it and had an effort straight at Brown in goal. Posh then got back in the game when the winger got to the byline and crossed in to an unmarked player who slotted home, a frustrating goal to give away.
<p>Posh then doubled their lead when a ball over the top evaded the defence and the striker lobbed over Brown to make it 2-1. The SSAFC then got back on level terms when Deards drive and desire to win the ball got past their defender and the strike found the post and went in, 2-2 and nothing short of what the SSAFC deserved. Gentleman & Deards then had some great chances with Gentleman beating 3 players before his shot was cleared off the line & Deards was put through after lovely build up play from Wedge & Woolf but the effort was tipped wide.
<p>Posh then had a corner which turned out to be a goalmouth scramble ended when Brown made a good smart low save. Posh then had a header go over. It was an even affair going into the h/t break.

<p>The SSAFC started brightly again and took the lead when Teale found Deards who's run beat 2 before slotting low into the right hand corner. 3-2 to the SSAFC! Posh started to pick up the tempo but found Brown in good form with some good saves from long range efforts. Posh then got their 3rd on the right hand side, some good build up play on the right and the cross found their midfielder who slotted home, a copy of their first goal.
<p>Brown then from a goal kick had the wind go for it and his kick out bounced and was tipped onto the bar by the GK before Deards fired over! Deards then made up for it and got his hat trick when good play to set him free and his low crisp effort found the corner to give him his hat-trick. The SSAFC stepped it up and got their 5th and another goal for Deards when a lovely ball from Frankie Weston released an onside Deards and his finish was that of a man in form sidefooting it pass the keeper.
<p>Teale then got in the act when the ball was intercepted by Bell and his ball found Teale who drilled the ball hard and low into the left hand corner to make it 6-3. Teale then got his second with the last kick of the game when a lovely ball from Gentleman released Teale who one on one made no mistake to make it 7-3.
<p>A very good performance all round from the men in red and white!
