With games coming thick and fast at the moment, it was good to see a full squad on the team sheet.
A lovely weighted pass over the top from Wes, allowed JonJo to get in front of his defender to be met with the storming keeper. Bravery from both meant a huge clash, which saw the ball bounce into the net.
Brad Pearse was orchestrating the play in the middle nicely and creating chances for the attack. Was unlucky himself when unleashed a 25 yard strike to test the keeper, who outstretched and tipped it over the bar.
Super Sub Gyimah came on and made a huge impact. His speed was too much for the opponents defence and managed to get behind the back line to be a constant threat. He pulled one back for JonJo to make it 2-0 and later on pulled another back for Josh Paige to close the game off and make it 3-0.
The Arrows defence and keeper can’t go unmentioned. Two clean sheets in a row and fantastic performances from all. Matthews and Kovacs are a dominant force at the back with a partnership growing stronger each game.
