Sanco had the usual bare 11 but a strong 11 so we're confident of getting a result after we lost here 5-4 earlier in the season with 10 men and no keeper.
Daryl went in goal due to the absence of al green Andy moved to right back sharpy continued in the centre alongside jordan with Johnny t back at left back.
Duncan right mid Craig and mole centre boozy out on the left with Deano and mark up top.
Conditions were slippery due to overnight rain so the ball was fizzing around on a very well kept surface.
We had plenty of the ball but were either choosing the wrong option or the passes were going out of play or just to long plus our shooting weren't up to much but it looked like we would strike first as our defence had there nippy striker on lock.
We almost took a deserved lead when mark wriggled free and shot at goal, it took a deflection and looked to be heading in but somehow the keeper got down to palm it out, the ball fell to Deano who looked likely to score with the goal gaping but the keeper managed to somehow save the follow up.
At the other end they were shooting from distance and Daryl got down well to save a low range strike. 0-0ht.
2nd half was pretty much the same with Sanco having plenty of the ball but either shooting wide or tamely at there keeper who was having a decent game to be fair, at the other end there was sum controversy as there striker followed thro on Daryl with a studs high challenge on a ball he was never going to reach. A sending off in today's modern game but just a free kick was given.
The game petered out after with a few hopeful long shots by both teams that never threatened either keeper and we were disappointed to not take home a win after having the lions share of possession.
We now go into the xmas break with the next game not till January and will be looking to get back to winning ways and shiffting that xmas pud.
Merry xmas and a happy new year to all at Sanco.
