9 Man Sanco Go Down 1-4 At The Griffin

<p>First home game this year in mid March...shocking. We only had 9 men + no keeper but didn't deserve to lose 4-1 as we had more chances and but for poor finishing (moley) could have won.<p>They went 1-0 up when our groundsman Deano got stuck in the muddy corner of the pitch which allowed them to run thro<p>On goal, Jonny Taylor saved well but the follow up was put in 1-0 . Moley should have made it 1-1 with a free header that crashed against the bar but made no mistake when Gaz had a shot that came back off the post, moley reacting first to stick in a well deserved equaliser 1-1<p>It was 2-1 when there extra men were lurking at the back stick cutting inside and firing into the far corner 2-1 h/t<p>We had chances to draw level in the 2nd half but we were beginning to tire and they went 3-1 up when there striker cut inside and wrong footed <p>Jonny t at the near post this time, they made 4 not long after from our goal kick when our groundsman rolled it to there striker on the edge of the box who accepted the gift and fired home from close range, we never gave up tho and moley should have done better from a yard out but it finished 4-1 in the end and I think it flattered them as it was a much closer game than the score suggests.<p>Well battled lads....unlucky!
