On wet autum morning we somehow managed to get 11 body's down to one of the furthest trips of the year
Farnbourgh away, in my time we have never beaten them losing both away games and Never playing at home
Due to bad weather the last few seasons but with 4 wins on the trot and after a very good victory over another bogey side st Joseph we had high hopes of victory.
Farnborough are a well drilled side with some big lumps so we knew it would not be easy.
Mark mr bean rasem was drafted in to make his debut after spending 3 years on the sideline and slotted in on the right.
Farnbourgh started brightly and found joy down our left wing against a flustered Boozy.
But we began to knock it around well and took the lead when Deano found nick at the back stick to slot home.
Not deterred farnbourgh hit back on the break when there midfielder was allowed a free run at goal to make it 1-1.
We didn't let it bother us tho and Alex Elliot should of scored from Boozy's cross.
We did score tho when Craig bent a long ranger into the top corner to make it 2-1
It was 3-1 not long after when the in form nick Elliot took on and beat 4 defender to slot home h/t 3-1.
2nd half began and we had a few chances to extend the lead thro nick and Alex but there keeper mad some good saves.
At the other end we were pretty comfortable until josh done a Claudio bravo and took there striker down in the box penalty.
Josh almost saved the pen but it hit the post and squeezed over the line 3-2.
It was all farnbourgh now as we lost our shape and heads and farnbourgh scored to make it 3-3 when there tall centre back
Returned a josh throw with a bullit header from the halfway line all the way to there striker who was played onside by a sleepy/tired defence
To flick it past josh 3-3, we had literally thrown it away and was lucky to leave the place with a draw in the end.
