Rospak SC welcomed King Faisal to Akoon Community Park on 1st February 2025 for a league encounter that saw the home side triumph with a convincing 3-0 scoreline. The match kicked off at 3:00 PM, and the home fans were treated to an impressive display of attacking football from their team.

Rospak SC lined up in a 4-3-1-2 formation, which allowed them to dominate the midfield while maintaining a solid defensive structure. Evans Blay took his position in goal, shielded by a back four comprising Peter Arhin on the right, Philip Yankson and Ernest Arhin in central defence, and Derrick Boahene on the left. In midfield, Joseph Ntow operated on the right, Benjamin Ofori held the central role, and Memphis Boadi provided width on the left. Kofi Anthony played just behind the two forwards, Kwabena Boakye and John Amoah, who were tasked with leading the line and converting chances into goals.

The substitutes for Rospak SC included Francis Havor, Aaron Copson, John Frimpong, Emmanuel McCarthy, and Emmanuel Allotey, who were all poised to make an impact should the need arise.

The first half saw Rospak SC control possession, but they were unable to break the deadlock before the half-time whistle blew. The teams went into the break level at 0-0, but the home side's dominance suggested that a breakthrough was imminent.

The second half commenced with a tactical substitution as Francis Havor replaced Memphis Boadi just after the restart. This change proved pivotal as Rospak SC quickly found their rhythm. In the 56th minute, John Amoah opened the scoring with a stunning long-range strike that left the King Faisal goalkeeper with no chance. The goal ignited the home crowd and set the tone for the remainder of the match.

Just a minute later, Joseph Ntow doubled Rospak SC's advantage, finishing off a well-executed team move. The assist came from John Amoah, who delivered a clever back heel that created the opportunity for Ntow to slot home with his right foot.

Rospak SC continued to press forward, and in the 74th minute, Kofi Anthony added a third goal, again with John Amoah providing the assist. This time, the pair combined seamlessly as Anthony finished off another flowing move, showcasing the attacking prowess of the home side.

With the game well in hand, Rospak SC made further substitutions to manage their lead. John Frimpong came on for the influential John Amoah in the 77th minute, followed by Emmanuel McCarthy replacing Derrick Boahene and Emmanuel Allotey coming on for Kofi Anthony in the 86th minute. These changes allowed Rospak SC to maintain their control and see out the match comfortably.

As the final whistle blew, Rospak SC celebrated a well-deserved 3-0 victory over King Faisal, with John Amoah earning the accolade of Player of the Match for his outstanding performance, contributing to all three goals. The result solidified Rospak SC's position in the league, leaving their opponents with much to ponder as they regroup for their next fixture.
