Really not much to say with this result. If we are honest this was one that was penciled in for 3 points, but again The Revs missed an opportunity.
The game as a whole was well marshaled, the opposition although quick had to resort to long range efforts. Unfortunately one of those took by surprise and went in midway through the first half.
The Revs worked the ball well until the final third where by we were generally shot shy.
When The Revs did put their laces through the ball it paid off after Beardall played a straight pass into Tyman who blasted it into the back of the goal.
Further pressure was put on, but the lead was never taken.
And then in true Revs style lady luck was against them as Myers pulled off maybe his only real needed save of the game, but the rebound went to their man who popped it in goal past the outstretched leg of Hartrick on the line.
Another disappointing end to yet another disappointing game for The Revs this season. And it started so well too...
Oh well, two games to go.
