another high scoring game between RS & KBBS resulted another win for RS.
as the old folks meet each other, coach Mr.xXx comes out of a master plan by changing formation to 352 that surprised everyone else.
by playing Moca & Kchex at the new wing back position, they bring a lot of energy & pace to RS flank. KBBS seems shocked at the formation RS played& have no answer to it.
RS have a early set back when a missed controlled from RS CB resulted KBBS striker to slot the ball home. But after that RS regain composure & control the match with KBBS is stored at their own half.
RS keep pressing & using the run of the flying wing backs to cause all sort of problems. When Chard send in the cross from a free kick, RS's veteran striker Nip Batistuta fly high & head the ball into the bottom corner. It's all even now.
Chong Seng the RS midfield maestro take over, he control the midfield with all the composure & silky touch. He control a pass at the middle of the field, turning & twisting, dribble past 1 KBBS midfield, draw the defender out then nutmegged him by sending Kchex through, Kchex raced through & slot the ball home. Earlier before the equalising goal by Nip, Kchex missed an totally open goal after keeper spilled the ball. its kind of payback to the team by Kchex.
But it never end here, Chong Seng & Kchex combined again. This time Chong Seng controlled a pass at the far left of the field, when he pick his head up he saw Kchex is running from his deep wing back position, Chong Seng send a killer cross field through ball, Kchex control with 1 touch, scored with his second. 3-1 RS control the game at ease.
KBBS fight back with a wonder goal of them, the attacker stop a ball from the edge of penalty area, use his right foot to shoot the into the top corner of the net, games on with RS only leading 3-2.
But another wing back of RS settle the match, Moca stole the ball & dribble past 2 defender into the penalty area, draw the keeper out & chip the ball into the net. RS won the match 4-2.
Next match, on the xmas eve RS will play against the mighty USM Veterans.
