<p>Plymouth Phoenix continued there good form against Twyford Spartans by beating them in the league this week by the same scoreline as last weeks cup match. Hollie Ellis got Phoenix off to a great start when she finished well from inside the penalty area. Ellis grabbed her 2nd of the game from the penalty spot to increase Phoenix lead. This lead was soon halved as T. Watts reduced the arrears from the penalty spot. HT 2-1

<p>Plymouth Phoenix came out more determined in the 2nd half and went further ahead with a well taken goal by Hollie Ellis to complete her hat-trick. Amy Pridham then scored a screamer from 20 yards out that flew into the bottom corner of the net. Twyford reduced the lead again with a fantastic solo effort by M. Cotton beating 3 players before rifling home past the Phoenix keeper. Phoenix hit back almost immediately with Ella Trotter setting up Jade Packer who thumped an unstoppable shot from 25 yards into the roof of the net. Hollie Ellis got her 4th of the game with a great finish after good team play set her up to beat the defender and drill the ball past the keeper into the far corner of the net.
