Home friendly match
Another epic Sunday of football with a higher level of football and great intensity from both teams.
The game started with a little bit of tension to set the tone of the game, but the refer delayed the kickoff time to deal with the situation brilliant well done Baye (Capi). But once the game get on the way, it was evident that the mood was already set to be a good game.
Both teams started every well, and well organised in their tactical shape. The first half of the game, see the Bleu Team demonstrated a slight domination, straightly alerting the Orange Team defensive line with two amazing on target shoots from Ndjemba and welling saved by Yannick.
As the game went on the Orange Team regained a bit of control and created few scoring chances. Both teams had their moment of domination, control and good moment of play during the game.
However, with the injection of some fresh legs in the second half of the game is was more likely to see a slight change in both teams game. Orange team started to take more control toward the last 25 minutes of the normal time of the game.
It only took a lack of concentration and focus in the Bleu defensive line, to see the Orange Team breaking the luck with a lovely combination crossing from MOMO to Armel who brilliantly put the ball at the bottom corner of the goal. Fantastic goal, and 1-0 in favour of the Orange Team with only 10 minutes to go.
At this stage the Bleu Team desperately put more body forward to try to score a goal, but leaving more gaps in their defensive line, which could have leaded to the Orange Team second goal.
Even 15 minutes of extra time added by the refer it was more looking like the Orange Team will take the 3 points of the day, as they all brilliantly defended their scoring line till the final minute.
It was a lovely game of football as the game ended in a good and friendly spirit. Wasn't the start that both teams wanted but the end prevel and we learn from situation like this and grow as a collective and move on...
We go again next weekend.
