Match Report - WHITE KNIGHTS - 17 Feb 2020

Clash of the Titans they called it, both teams were sitting bottom of the table looking to earn there first win in the Leisure League Division 2 (Conference). Both teams got off to a good start, however within 5 minutes the White Knights ran through the middle of the defence with a quick counter attack to slot the ball into the bottom right corner to make it 1-0. After venting some fustration, No Shit Nige quickly started playing some tika taka football and within 4 mins of concending, Daniel Paaske recieved the ball in midfield and drove through the middle of defence, drawing both the defending players to the right where he calmly put a through ball to Anth Mcmann on the left and it only took the curly haired torres to take 3 touches of the ball before he rifled a shot into the bottom left corner. Absolute scenes until a costly defensive mistake which saw No Shit Nige go a goal down with 9 minutes left to play until half time. The tension was rising and it showed as the Scotty Parker of the No Shit Nige got fustrated when a clear handball wasn't given, Josh Taylor went flying into a tackle sending the kid on the recieving end legs up face down, an absolute heroic tackle some would say, within 30 seconds of the free kick being taken, No Shit Nige won possession back where Anth Mcmann ran with the ball down the line where he got clotheslined by the fat guy from maltilda (Names Bruce) Absolute fireworks went off and a small brawled kicked off. Daniel the Norwegian Paaske almost lost his ponytail as the geezer squared up and pushed him away, luckily Paaske kept his cool and didn't have to escort the fat lad of the pitch. The match carried on as usual and with 5 minutes left to play, The White Knights scored again making it 3-1 before Half Time.

Keeper Harley Clarke was utterly disguited with his team perfomance which showed a lack of enthusiam and decided to make a change in positions with Paul Gasgscoine which proved pivital as Clarke quickly scored making it 3-2 after a Kevin De Bruyne through ball. Minutes later the White Knights slotted the ball into the bottom left making it 4-2. 2 minutes later The White Knights broke thrpught the defence and smash the ball at Mr Graham Graham's near post. Although the match started looking bleek, Josh the Takedown Taylor flicks the ball on like he's prime Ronaldinho where beep beep Clarke chests the ball down and runs with the ball and smashes a volley into the botttom left. Within 2 minutes of making it 5-3, Mcmann is played through with a short pass who slots the ball into the net, still plenty of time to grab a goal, however the game began to slow down with Not Shit Nige having the majority of possession heard the final whistle and the match ended 5-4.
