<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt;">Last game of an ultimately disappointing season for me. Yes we had a good cup run and with a bit more luck we would have been in the cup final but in the league Dendy have under achieved this season and finished bottom. I say this because over the season we have had some good players and there were games we should have won and teams we should have beat. It was a a bit like today a few games this season Dendy have gifted too many goals to the opposition.

<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt;">Minus side this season too many players and too many changes in some games to give people game time. I can't recall many games with a starting 11 the same from the game before.

<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt;">plus sides we have some good players and if we can get a core set of players in a starting 11 we should win more games next season.

<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt;"> It's another season completed in a long Dendy history. Hard work by a small few behind the scenes have kept it going through a couple of tough seasons in the Crewe and district Saturday league.

<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt;">I have come across as negative this season and that has been because of frustration. Dendy can be hard to watch at times because you know they can do better..

<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt;">By next season all will be forgotten. New season new challenges. As we have seen each season new faces, new mates to make. Games when we will feel down and games it clicks and we win well.

<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt;">Donkey was Tommy Wake. Broke my heart when he missed at the end which would have made it 4-4.

<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt;">Two weeks today is the LEGENDS GAME. Where hopefully Shep will not remind us too long this year what a long history Dendy have had. Good players have gone, come back, retired. Would love to risk it for a few minutes myself but with Vegas a month away i dare not damage my right ankle again so close. Maybe next season when i can't afford America i will risk my ankle if we are short.
