MATCH REPORT BY CAPTAIN NATHAN
We started off very slow and sloppy which led to us going behind but everyone kept their heads up and shortly after we scored a goal coming from Elijah. We were still sloppy and struggling after drawing level when Ben C scored.
We were still very slow and were panicking a lot on the ball and not going for the 2nd balls then Elijah scored a good goal making the score 3-1 before half time (Coach Dave note: it was 3-2 at half time).
Early in the second half, they scored another goal which came from a silly mistake by us. Eddie made a great save from their striker to keep us in front (Coach Dave note: this happened in the first half).
We persevered and got ourself our first goal of the second half which was from Jacob then about 10 minutes later Jacob scored his second of the match from a good cross by Joe which has made our team score 100 goals so far this season.
To end it off we got a penalty which was won from Jacob and Patrick stepped up to take the pen and slotted it bottom right corner with the last goal of the game.
Second half was levels better than the first we were more aggressive and talked more great performance today by everyone. Man of the match went to Noah and Nathan.
