It was a windy day at Simpsons ground, Liverpool. Marshalls Barkhill vs Woolton Fire.
Marshalls got off to an early start from a corner but was shot wide by Harry. After a bit, Marshalls get another chance, this time from the left, cleared by Woolton. We soon got another chance after brilliant pressing but Ben fired it just wide. Soon after, Woolton Fire get a chance, it was well cleared by Marshalls Barkhill. Quickly after the start of the second half, Barkhill got another chance, we just couldn’t get onto it.
A foul by Woolton gave us a free kick, Elijah took it but he hit it just wide. A free kick from Woolton forced Eddie to react and make a fabulous save. We managed to get a free kick later in the match leading to a shot by Dylan but was bundled out of the box.
Elijah soon scored an amazing goal from great play on the left. After that, Theo scored a beautiful header from a long throw, 2-0 Marshalls. Just 5 minutes before the final whistle, the ball was cleared from Patrick's free kick and Theo calmly finished it. Final score: 3-0 Marshalls.
