Thought we started very slowly this morning but then grew into the first half. Second half, the most blatant one way traffic you're ever likely to see.
Hit the crossbar twice, had at least 3 cleared off the line and at least one worldy save by their keeper.
Was it vintage Barkhill? No. It rarely is in the derby.
Was there only one team who was very relieved to walk off that pitch with a draw? Yes. And it wasn't us.
We gifted them 2 chances and they scored both.
All of the above is how our luck was last season and how it appears to be so far this season.
The boys deserve to be sitting with at least 10 points and instead we have 4.
A small part of me worries that they'll start to stop believing. But then I remind myself what diamonds our boys are, the effort they put in, the fact that attendance at training and matches has been through the roof, and the proper wonderful footy they play pretty much every week.
And I sincerely hope all our boys (and you) will continue to believe ??
