Vegas Boys ended the year on the right note with a resounding victory that should ahve ended with an even bigger scoreline.

Man of the match Matthew Loughney gave vegas the lead with a very tidy finish on his weaker foot after a pull back from Tarik Allag. That was after Allag had endeavoured to keep himself off the score board with 2 "open" goals and a shot straight at the keeper in the opening 20minutes. Nonethelss, winger james Smith, returning from injury and Winston Fowler were a constant menace to the Clissold fullbacks.

The 2nd half contiued in the same vein and it was rewarded with a superb teamgoal when Tomas Willmore, Winston Fowler and Patrik Moore Joners combined to slice open the Clissold defense and leave Moore Jones with a tap in after dummying the keeper. However, moments later Moore Jones missed a penalty after a Clissold defender handled on the line saving from James Smith shot from a few yards out and being sent off. He immediatly subbed himself off as part of a 3 player change to add some fresh ideas to the Vegas attack.

The fresh legs paid dividends as subs Paul 'trigz' Reid crossed for Steven Bruce to tap in from a few yards out. More dominance continued as Trigz, Allag and Bruce formed a formidable front 3 supported aptly by the Vegas midfield. A second red card was soon to follow as Clissold were reduced to 9 and Allag finally got the goals his performace deserrved with a screamer from the edge of the box and a scooped lob over the keeper.

Many more chances followed from successive corners and chances but Vegas wil be happy with a solid performace to finish the year.
