Whitehall Rangers 1 Kill Celtic FC 3.

Kill finally returned to winning ways today after a good performance v Whitehall Rangers.

Despite being down to bare bones Kill started well. Aided by a strong wind they spurned a number of good chances early on. The red n black eventually broke the deadlock after some good work by Conroy and Maguire saw the ball fall to Mc Aleese who rattled home. It wasn’t long before kill doubled their lead. Conroy whipped in a fine ball which the salmon Devlin headed home to add to his impressive goals tally this season. Kill managed to add a third before half time when Lynch made a great tackle which found its way to the feet of Conroy. He burst past the Whitehall high defensive line and finished smartly. The second half saw kill sit back a bit against the wind but they had chances. Whitehall did get a consolation ten minutes from time after a harsh penalty was awarded. Kill missed a few chances at the end but a comfortable and welcome win.

MOTM: close between Liam O’ Connor and Karl Maguire who were both brilliant in the middle but Karl Just shaded it ????
