JBM 2-6 Rossvale Inter

<p>This was a much better performance by all the boys today and the score line certainly does not reflect the way the game was! JBM had a multitude of opportunities to score, take the lead and draw level, but yet again we didn&rsquo;t get the luck we have been needing for some time. We are still trying to get a settled starting 11, and it doesn&rsquo;t help when some of the key players are either injured or away. However this is what a squad is for and it was an opportunity for some of the boys who are normally on the bench or even see some of the team play in different positions.

<p>In my opinion we were unlucky not to get a result today. There was some great performances on the pitch today by a majority of the team, and AJ was one of the players that stood out more than others, so after a long term injury and his effort to get back to 100%, I commend his efforts!!!! He deserves the MOM award today!!!!

<p>There is still a long way to go and all the boys know what they must do to get back on track. We are not the only team who is struggling at present and a few people need to understand that we are now in a very competitive league with a number of teams who we have not played in the development leagues. Therefore we are unware of the strengths and weaknesses of each of the teams we have played. All we can do is continue to work extremely hard both in training and during a league/cup game and if the boys perform at their very best then we will get the results we deserve. We have been here once before and we can get back to winning ways again.
