<p>LORD NELSON 3 HOVE LAWNS 1The Lawns relinquished their unbeaten run with a disappointing loss to a more determined Lord Nelson.<p>The Lawns appeared to be a step off the pace in the first half and were unlucky to go behind when a free kick on the edge of the area was whipped in and deflected off Ben G into his own net.<p>The Lawns tried to get back into the game but found themselves another goal behind with a well taken finish from the Nelson.<p>The Lawns had a chance to pull a goal back from the penalty spot, but unfortunately, the Nelson keeper saved Jack's penalty.<p>At the start of the second half, The Lawns started to get back into the game and created chances but just couldn't put the ball in.<p>Jack had a free kick cleared off the line by a Nelson defender.<p>The Nelson kept pushing a volleyed finish put them a further goal in front.<p>Jack scored a consolation goal with an excellent finish but that was all that could be done.<p>Man Of The Match: Luke - With a hard working and hard tackling effort, Luke was a deserved winner.
