High Sparrows Edge Opec In Friendly Encounter

High Sparrows Football Academy welcomed Opec to Rumuapara on 25 December 2024 for a friendly match that ended in a narrow 1-0 victory for the home side. The match kicked off at 10:00 am and saw a modest attendance of 50 spectators, who were treated to a display of skill and determination from both teams.

The High Sparrows deployed a 4-3-3 formation, which allowed for a fluid attacking style while maintaining a solid defensive structure. The goalkeeper was shielded by a back four consisting of two central defenders flanked by a right and left defender.
