Medlock Rangers U11s 1 vs 7 Heyside Juniors Under 11's

<p>Another great day for playing football and we were all hopeing that the lads could carry on from the good performance they put in last week.

<p>When the two teams met 6 weeks back the weather was atrocious and the football wasn't pretty to watch, Medlock were quite physical back then and some of the lads went hiding too often, today was a complete turnaround, everyone put in a shift, everyone played with a smile and showed true commitment when it mattered, what really&nbsp;stood out&nbsp;is&nbsp;what can be achieved when they all work together.

<p>If the team can produce displays like this and be consistant they can be a force to be reckoned with when the winter league commences. Well done today for putting on a great display !!

<p>Billy Joyce - Has stepped in to help with the goalkeeping and has not put one foot wrong,brave once again and pulled off a string of stunning saves,the penalty save was sheer class !!

<p>Jack Dowd - Battled for the team once again never shirked his responsibilities and played both right and left back positions without complaint, great effort !!

<p>Josh King - Had his best game of the summer with some stong tackling and great heading well done !!

<p>Josh O'Neil - Dominated with everything he did absolute solid performance and another who had his best game this summer, brilliant !!

<p>Liam Brown - Bossed the midfield and scored the second goal(what part of his body it hit only he knows !!), slotted in at the back late on, Captain Marvel !!

<p>Harry Allen - Didn't get the goal he deserved but assisted for one and played a part in the build up to other goals, great effort.

<p>Hayden Smith - Rewarded today with two good goals, always available to link the play and unlucky not to get his hat-trick, superb !!

<p>Adam Ford - Became the provider today of four of the goals,constant menace with his pace,good all round game,&nbsp;great team effort !!

<p>Luke Casey - Goals coming thick and fast at the moment and two more classy goals to continue his hot streak, starting to win headers also which is good to see , nice one !!

<p>Connel Mallon - A great asset to have and continued his good form with another cool silky finish, worked hard up front and on the wing, terrific !!

<p>Alex Williams - Very unlucky not to get on the score sheet and link up play was excellent, assisted for fifth goal, brilliant effort !!

<p>Jayden Elson -&nbsp;Back to his best today with some crunching tackles, looking like he&nbsp;is enjoying&nbsp;playing in defence once again, keep it up fella and a brave performance !!&nbsp;

<p>Connor Knowles - Never stopped chasing the ball down and gave his all, cool finish for his goal and boy did he deserve it, well done !!

<p>Report was short this week due to so much that went on, if you&nbsp;didn't get chance&nbsp;to come to&nbsp;the game today you&nbsp;missed&nbsp;a sterling performance&nbsp;from the the team, of the ones who witnessed the superb sixty minutes of passion desire and the willingness to work i sincerely hope you enjoyed yourselves...let's carry this on into training and next weeks match against Chadderton.

<p>Thanks once again to Dave for giving such a superb pre-match,half-time and full-time team talk, it truely motivated and inspired the lads today.
