Fisher Hits 5 As Rangers March Into Semis.

Rangers turned up at a wet and dull Fairways for their Invitational Cup Quarter Final versus Harlow Spartans full of confidence.

Rangers started well with Joe Fisher hitting the bar in the 5th min and then in the 12th min. The second half saw Rangers continue with the same desire and intensity as the first half and 3 mins into the second half, Joe Bolt played a lovely through ball to Joe Fisher, who hit it first time hard and low into the bottom corner, the flood gates were starting to open. In the 51st min Carl Owen curled a beautiful effort into the top right corner to make it 5-0 Rangers. Rangers were awarded a second penalty in the 58th min that Joe Fisher placed in the bottom left corner for his Hat Trick. Rangers 7th came when the Spartan keeper cleared the ball from his penalty spot, but the ball landed kindly for Dan fry to hit a stunning effort from 35 yards. Rangers were not easing up on the intestity, on 78 mins, Joe Bolt played another delightful through ball to Joe Fisher, who slotted home from close range. Carl Owen again worked his way into the box in the 80th min and fired in number 9 and his Hat-Trick, the scoring was completed by Man of the Match Joe Fisher, Chris White's throw in found Fisher who unleashed a screamer of a shot from 20 yards out that flew past the helpless Spartans keeper before he could move. Good performance from Harlow Rangers who march into the Semi Final.
