* Match Report *

Next up infront of the Gringos charge to the title was Madeline Milan, level on points in third place. There was alot of hype in the built up to the game and it did not disappoint. Gringos brought the cavalry and were knee deep in squad depth. With even Jake Banks dusting off the boots for his first game of the season.

The mighty Gringos made a fast start, with Tedabayor donning an unfamiliar role at the back. It was Tedabayor that started the attack for the first goal, pinging it into the path of Wagwaan, who in turn played it out to JT. Who cut inside and finished emphatically to give Gringos the lead. More goals followed from Tedabayor and Leebo leaving poor Madeleine looking lost. They did grab a goal of their own, a delightful lob which poor Huntega wasn't quite tall enough to prevent. Gringos managed to add one more to their tally before half-time, Xavi hounding the suspect Madeleine defence before mugging him right off and applying the finish. Half time 4-1.

Milan were looking like a wounded animal and Gringos came out in the second looking to finish them off. With some scintillating attacking football that's exactly what they done. Leebo doing Leebo tings, added a brace to complete his hatty, as did Tedabayor. Legs made the scoresheet as ever, which included an outrages volley. Tedabayor picking him out from a corner with precision before Legs caught it sweetly unleashing a venomous volley which in all fairness the keeper should of saved, but he didn't cus he was shit and made Karius look like the bulletproof monk.

Even Roberto Caroline managed to grab her first of the season before wheeling off in celebration and whipping out her cute little toes. It was an explosive performance the Taliban would of been proud of from the Gringos. Everybody was exceptional but the new and improved version of Tedabayor deservedly was awarded the MOTM award for his solid defensive display as well as his smartly taken hatty. Up the Gringos!
